UPDATE & RECOVERY

Montego Bay Christian Academy sustained significant damage during Hurricane Melissa, with major roof loss and water damage in the classroom building. We are deeply grateful that all lives on campus were spared, and we are giving thanks for life. We know we are only one of hundreds of thousands of stories across Jamaica impacted by this devastating storm.

A family member of the Winklers in the U.S. has started a GoFundMe to support relief and rebuilding efforts, with the goal of helping our school community recover, provide immediate assistance to staff and families affected by the hurricane and  restore classrooms.
